Established in 2004, Gtrust Consultancy was founded in response to conventional learning practices that often felt
one-sided and disconnected from how people actually learn and grow at work. At that time, many development initiatives
focused on delivery rather than engagement, leaving limited space for reflection, participation, and real behavioral change.
To address this challenge, Gtrust introduced a dynamic learning approach that prioritizes facilitation, self-awareness,
and meaningful engagement over traditional, teacher-centered methods. Shaped through continuous practice and learning
