Star Ercahaya Hasugian is a seasoned adult learning practitioner and facilitator with over two decades of experience in human resource development. Her professional journey began in the tourism and education sectors, shaping her deep understanding of human dynamics and learning processes across diverse contexts. In 2004, she founded Gtrust Consultancy to bring more meaningful and transformative approaches to learning and development, later expanding its impact through the establishment of G-Trust Learning in 2020. Throughout her career, Star has taken on key roles as a designer and facilitator of leadership development programs, organizational change initiatives, and competency-building interventions across various industries.

Her approach is rooted in transformative learning principles, where learning goes beyond knowledge transfer to foster shifts in mindset, self-awareness, and behavior. She is known for integrating experiential learning, facilitative methodologies, and systemic frameworks such as the Compassionate Systems Framework to help individuals and organizations navigate complexity with greater clarity. Her expertise lies in designing deep learning experiences, facilitating reflective dialogue, and enabling sustainable change processes. In addition, she holds a Master Trainer certification (KKNI Level 6) from Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi, and has completed the Foundations of Compassionate Systems program from Center for Systems Awareness.
