Reny Rachmawatie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and completed a Master’s program in Professional Psychology (Psychologist) at Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI. She majored in industrial psychology and minored in clinical psychology. This led her to work in the field of Human Resources, specifically as a competency assessor, feedback provider, and counselor, while in the clinical field, she has experience working as a psychologist at a women’s shelter.  She is passionate about human resource development and recognizes the power of positive psychology to help unlock an individual’s potential. Her experience in both industrial and clinical psychology enables her to understand how to help individuals overcome workplace obstacles by considering both perspectives.

Reny Rachmawatie is an Industrial and Organizational Psychologist, HR consultant, assessor, and learning facilitator with over 15 years of experience in organizational development, competency assessment, and workplace counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology with a minor in Clinical Psychology from Universitas Persada YAI and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia. Her professional expertise includes developing competency frameworks, job descriptions, assessment center methodologies, organizational assessments, and employee mental health initiatives.

Throughout her career, Reny has worked with various corporations, government institutions, and nonprofit organizations, including PT PLN, Institut Teknologi Bandung, International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and the Ministry of Women Empowerment and Child Protection. She is experienced in organizational transformation projects, performance management development, cultural transformation, and talent selection using psychological assessment tools and assessment center methods.

In addition to her consulting work, Reny is actively involved in youth and community empowerment programs through CISV Indonesia and Komunitas Bagasi, reflecting her passion for human development and social impact. Her facilitation style combines psychological insight, empathy, and practical organizational understanding to support individuals and organizations in building healthier, more effective, and people-centered workplaces.
