A psychology practitioner and academic with over 30 years of experience in individual and organizational development through a psychology-based approach. He has expertise in Clinical Psychology, community mental health, relationship and family dynamics, and psychological interventions such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). He is experienced in designing and facilitating learning sessions that help participants understand themselves, manage emotions, and build healthier and more productive relationships. He holds a Doctorate (S3) in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, and has international certifications and training in Souldrama, Appreciative Inquiry, and Community Health. He is currently active as an Associate Lecturer and Head of the Applied Psychology Study Program at the University of Indonesia and contributes to scientific development through training, facilitation, and research related to psychological well-being and family dynamics.

Dr. Yudiana Sari is a clinical psychologist, academic, and facilitator with over 30 years of experience in applying psychological principles to individual and organizational development. With a strong foundation in Clinical Psychology, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and communities build healthier emotional patterns, improve relationships, and enhance overall psychological well-being. She earned her Doctorate (Ph.D.) in Psychology from the University of Indonesia, where she has also been actively contributing as a lecturer and academic leader in the field of applied psychology.

Her professional journey spans clinical practice, academic research, and large-scale learning facilitation. Since the early stages of her career, she has been involved in education and training, starting as a teaching staff member at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Indonesia, and later taking on key leadership roles, including coordinating clinical psychology programs and currently serving as Head of the Applied Psychology Study Program. Alongside her academic roles, she actively designs and facilitates programs that focus on self-awareness, emotional regulation, communication, and relationship building—helping participants navigate both personal and professional challenges more effectively.

Dr. Yudiana’s expertise lies in bridging clinical psychology with practical, real-life applications. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) into her work, enabling individuals to better understand their thoughts and emotions while developing healthier behavioral responses. Her research and publications further reflect her deep interest in relationship and family dynamics, including topics such as marital satisfaction, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms in early marriage. Her approach is both analytical and compassionate—grounded in scientific rigor while remaining accessible and relevant for diverse audiences.

In addition to her academic and clinical work, Dr. Yudiana has participated in various international programs and certifications, including training in Appreciative Inquiry with Case Western Reserve University, Community Health programs with the University of Oslo, and advanced psychotherapy forums organized by The Milton Erickson Foundation. She is also a certified practitioner of Souldrama, reflecting her interest in experiential and expressive approaches to psychological healing.
