He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from STIE PERBANAS Jakarta and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management. His professional certifications include Certified Procurement Specialist (CPSp), Junior Occupational Health and Safety Expert (K3), Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Indonesian Board of Hypnotherapy, and NNLP Practitioner. His career uniquely combines deep expertise in public sector systems—particularly procurement and LKPP E-Catalog—with extensive hands-on experience in designing and delivering impactful learning programs. He began his journey as a facilitator and outdoor-based trainer in the late 1990s and has since been consistently involved in building people capability through experiential approaches across corporate, government, and educational institutions.

Alvin’s strength lies in bridging technical knowledge with engaging learning experiences. He is highly experienced in trainer capacity building, public speaking, and facilitating team development programs using experiential learning methodologies. His facilitation approach is grounded in real-life application, often leveraging outdoor-based and immersive learning formats to help participants internalize concepts such as collaboration, leadership, and problem-solving. Over the years, he has designed and delivered hundreds of programs, ranging from leadership development and team building to procurement training and government-related capacity building initiatives.

Alvin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Accounting) from STIE Perbanas Jakarta and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. His professional certifications include Certified Procurement Specialist (CPSp), BNSP-certified Experiential Learning Facilitator and Trainer, and certifications in procurement planning, occupational safety and health (K3/OSH), and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). He is also affiliated with professional organizations such as the Association of Experiential Learning Indonesia (AELI) and the Indonesian Procurement Experts Association (IAPI), further strengthening his professional credibility.
