Yohana Domikus is a highly experienced psychologist and human resource development facilitator with more than three decades of professional practice in counseling, coaching, and soft skills training. With a strong foundation in Social Psychology, she has dedicated her career to supporting individual and organizational growth through deeper self-awareness, emotional resilience, and effective interpersonal dynamics. She earned her Master’s degree in Social Psychology from the University of Indonesia, building on her earlier academic background in psychology from Gadjah Mada University.
Her professional journey spans a wide range of roles, from HRD and Training Manager in corporate settings to lecturer in psychology, and ultimately as an independent psychologist and facilitator. Over the years, she has worked extensively with government institutions, private organizations, and nonprofit sectors, delivering programs on leadership, communication, team effectiveness, stress management, and pre-retirement preparation. Since 2004, she has also served as an assessor in various assessment center initiatives, contributing to talent identification and development across sectors.
A distinctive aspect of Yohana’s work is her deep involvement in workplace mental health, particularly in high-pressure and high-risk environments. As a visiting psychologist for organizations such as PT Freeport Indonesia, PT Newmont, and PT Kaltim Prima Coal, she has provided counseling, coaching, and crisis intervention support for employees facing stress, trauma, and complex personal challenges.
