Bayu’s career is strongly rooted in high-risk and complex environments, particularly within the oil and gas sector, where he has worked with global organizations such as Total E&P Indonesie and Husky CNOOC Madura Limited. In these roles, he was responsible not only for HR strategy and operations but also for overseeing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) systems—designing safety strategies, building comprehensive HSE frameworks, and ensuring operational excellence in demanding contexts. His experience also includes setting up HSE systems for emerging organizations and managing integrated Human Capital, General Affairs, and safety functions at a strategic level.
