His career spans leading global and regional organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, Darya-Varia Laboratoria, Astra International, and Meta Platforms, where he has consistently played strategic roles in partnering with business leaders across Consumer, Sales, and Supply Chain functions. His exposure to both established corporations and high-growth technology environments gives him a unique ability to navigate complexity, scale organizations, and drive transformation in fast-paced, customer-centric settings.

Currently serving as VP of Human Resources & General Affairs at Moladin, Angga leads the end-to-end HR function for more than 2,000 employees. In this role, he has been instrumental in building scalable HR frameworks from the ground up—covering the full employee lifecycle from talent acquisition to offboarding—while ensuring strong governance, operational excellence, and a positive employee experience. He has also driven organization-wide transformation initiatives, including workforce planning, cost optimization, and the integration of data-driven HR analytics into strategic decision-making processes.

Angga’s expertise lies in aligning people strategy with business growth. He brings deep capabilities in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Industrial Relations, and Performance Management. Notably, he has led large-scale HR transformations such as implementing end-to-end performance management systems, managing post-merger HR integration, and building centralized HR data systems to enable better decision-making. He also built strong foundations in industrial relations and learning development during his tenure at Astra International, progressing through multiple roles from Management Trainee to Learning & Development Section Head.

Angga holds a Master’s degree in Marketing Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universitas Indonesia.
