Exploring the Potential of Journalists: A Transformative Learning Experience at Harian Kompas

In the dynamic realm of Indonesian media, Harian Kompas faced a special task: nurturing fundamental values in emerging journalists. To strengthen its position as the country's leading media source, Kompas recognized the importance of aligning its future talents with their core values. 

We design a transformative learning experience that entailed a week-long program for 20 potential journalists. Through a blend of hands-on activities and strategic exercises, participants gained a profound understanding of their roles and the intrinsic values that Kompas upholds. This initiative not only enriched Kompas with valuable insights but also empowered participants with heightened self-awareness.
