Eunika Rukmi is a strategic facilitation and human resource development practitioner with over 15 years of experience in learning design, people development, and experiential education across corporate, education, and digital ecosystems. She currently serves as Head of Program Development & Consultancy at Gtrust Consultancy, where she leads the design of facilitative development solutions that enable organizations to build sustainable capability and drive meaningful transformation. Her career reflects a unique combination of communication, media education, and instructional design expertise, supported by her academic background with a Master of Education in Media Education from the University of Calabria, Italy, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Science from Universitas Indonesia.
Prior to her current role, Eunika held several strategic positions that shaped her depth in learning and talent development. She was Head of Instructional Design at Gojek, where she led the launch and adoption of the company’s e-learning platform, promoting self-directed and curiosity-driven learning across the organization. She also served as Future-Ready Talent Program Manager at GoTo Impact Foundation, where she designed and managed the “Generasi GIGIH” talent incubator program, equipping Indonesian digital talents with future-ready skills through immersive and impactful learning journeys. Her experience spans across edtech, K-12 education, corporate learning, and media, giving her a holistic understanding of how people learn across different stages and environments.
Eunika’s approach is rooted in experiential and facilitative learning, where transformation is driven through reflection, participation, and real-world application rather than passive instruction. She is known for designing learning experiences that integrate self-awareness, collaboration, and problem-solving, enabling participants to connect learning with their personal and organizational context. In her facilitation, she combines structured learning design with an open, participative space that allows insights to emerge organically. In addition to her consulting work, she is also a certified Professional Life Coach from Transformation Academy, integrating coaching principles into her practice to support individual growth, career development, and leadership effectiveness.
Her expertise is further strengthened by a wide range of certifications in coaching, creative problem solving, digital learning, and technology-enabled education, including programs from Coursera and training in media-based learning from ATiT. Beyond her professional roles, Eunika is also a contributing editor for a children’s magazine, reflecting her passion for communication and education across audiences.
